This project was a part of the Novak Leadership Institute course I was accepted into during Fall 2017. Part of this course was to develop leadership tactics and personal goals based of off principals from David Novak, CEO of Yum! Brands. Novak created the program at Mizzou in order to establish more effective leaderships in America. Aside from creating big goals, our project this semester was to work in teams on different asks from Special Olympics Missouri (SOMO) based out of Jefferson City. In order to gain a better understanding of the client, each student volunteered throughout the semester. Additionally, my team was asked to do research on the viability of renting SOMO's new Training for Life Campus that is opening in 2018. By renting out the facility to outside vendors in the area, SOMO can raise more money an awareness. The information below was researched and developed my team of five. We presented our findings to the client at the close of the semester.
